1. Eligibility
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, provided items are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
2. Exclusions
Customized garments and sale items are not eligible for return or refund.
3. Process
To initiate a return, please email us at support@hipoohofficial.com with your order details. Once approved, items must be shipped back at the customer’s cost unless the item is defective or damaged.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 days, excluding shipping charges.
